Games Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to play any of our Games, unless a Game's specific section below states a different minimum age.

Virtual Currency

Our Games may use an in-app virtual currency (referred to in each Game by its own name, e.g. "Tokens"), which can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money through the App Store or Google Play.

• Virtual currency has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation, under any circumstances.
• Virtual currency cannot be sold, traded, gifted, transferred, or exchanged between accounts or users.
• If your account is terminated or deleted for any reason, including at your own request, any unused virtual currency is permanently forfeited with no compensation.
• We reserve the right to manage, modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual currency, its pricing, or what it can be used for, at any time in our sole discretion.

In-App Purchases & Billing

Virtual currency bundles are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are billed and processed entirely by Apple or Google, not by Tanoit.

• All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at Tanoit's sole discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Tanoit does not process refunds directly and has no obligation to do so.
• Pricing is set in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
• You are solely responsible for any purchase made through your account, including purchases resulting from an accidental tap or purchases made by anyone with access to your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any bot, script, auto-clicker, macro, or other automated means to play a Game or interact with the Services
• Exploit any bug, glitch, or unintended behavior in a Game to gain currency, progress, or any other advantage, rather than reporting it to us
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any Game
• Attempt to disrupt, disable, or impair the operation of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or any other per-account limit
• Buy, sell, trade, or advertise the sale of accounts, virtual currency, or in-game items outside the Game

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without notice, any account we reasonably believe has violated this section.
